Aunt Annie's on Spring Break this week, so she came up to visit us for a couple days. We had a fabulous time together at the Zoo on Tuesday then the Children's Museum today (Wednesday). I loved having sister time and Jada loved spending time with her aunt too. :-) Here are some pictures from our adventures.

Munchkin Playland has been one of our favorite spots recently. It's an awesome coffee house for mommas & indoor playground for kiddos, which is perfect for this time of year in the Northwest. Although we've had some gorgeous, sunny days lately, MP is a great place to go for those not-so-sunny days in Oregon.
Jada loves the play structures and is becoming more and more bold with her climbing/running/sliding skills with each visit. She's now just queen of the playground; she independently plays for hours while we're there. Here she is climbing up the big slide then sliding down - all by herself!
Remember that excited squealing noise I mentioned a couple of posts ago? Here's Jada squealing away to the bear on the little slide. She's so happy to be running around and playing all by herself. What a big girl. :-)

Jada's new favorite word is "Weee!". It's her name for the swings at the park (she points to the swings and says to me, "Weee?", which translates, "Mommy will you push me in the swings? Please?".) She also loves saying "Weee!" when she's going down a slide.
We met Becky & David at the park a few days ago. Jada & David had such a fun time playing outside together. We are totally loving this beautiful, sunny weather!

We recently visited Nana & Papa for a weekend; it was Nana's birthday. Jada loved spending time with her Nana & Papa. I loved not cooking or cleaning for 2 days. :-) In fact, we even slept in! When Jada woke up on Saturday morning, I went into her room to get her up for the day, but Papa was already there. He told me that I could go back to bed while he fed her breakfast and played. No complaints here! How fabulous it was to just lay in bed on a Saturday morning. Ahhh. So relaxing.
Lately, when Jada's particularly excited about something, she'll make this happy squealing noise; it's like she can hardly contain herself. She's adorable. Here's a video of her pushing a ginormous ball around Nana & Papa's living room as she's squealing away...
Ron asked me, sometime in the late afternoon, if I wanted some coffee. It was a bit late for a large cup of coffee (it may have kept me up at night!), but it sounded rather tasty, so I told him that I'd like just a little cup of coffee. This is what he brought me... a little cup of coffee. Ha ha. :-)
Jada loves playing dress up with Nana. Here she is modeling some fun butterfly wings.
We also spent some time at a nearby park. Here are some cute pictures of us all playing together at the park.

My little sister, Katelynn (5 years old) stayed the night with us last Sunday night. Jada had such a wonderful time playing with her Aunt Katelynn. Here they are dancing together.
